1. Subject of the Agreement
This Terms of Use (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between OctoJinn (the "Service", "Operator") and a user, arising from the use of the octojinn.ru website and the features of the OctoJinn service.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By using the website and the service, a user confirms that they have read the terms of the Agreement and accept them in full. If a user does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the website and the service.
3. Description of the service
OctoJinn is an AI service for automating a company's work processes: receiving and carrying out tasks, integrating with a user's work systems, and capturing employees' skills for reuse.
4. Registration and account
To use some of the service's features, a user may need to create an account and provide accurate information about themselves or their company. The user is responsible for keeping their sign-in details safe and for all actions taken under their account.
5. Rights and obligations of the user
A user agrees not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to infringe the rights of third parties, and not to attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to its infrastructure or to other users' data.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the service, its design, source code, trademarks and other intellectual property belong to OctoJinn or its licensors. Using the service does not transfer to the user any rights to these objects, other than those expressly stated in the Agreement.
7. Payment and pricing
The terms and cost of using the service are set out in separate agreements and the current pricing, available on request at support@octojinn.ai.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service and is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service.
9. Changes to the Agreement
The Operator may change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally by publishing a new version on this page. Continuing to use the service after the changes are published means the user agrees with the new version.
10. Governing law and disputes
The Agreement is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiation, and, failing agreement, in court at the Operator's location.
