Personal Data Processing Consent

1. General provisions
By filling in a form on octojinn.ru — a request for a service demonstration, a message through the contact form, or registration in the service — a user gives their consent to OctoJinn (the "Operator") to process personal data under the terms of this document and in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
2. Data processed
Name, work email, phone number, company name, Telegram account, and any other data a user enters into the website's forms themselves.
3. Purposes of processing
Processing and handling a user's requests and messages, organising service demonstrations, and sending replies and notifications related to the use of the OctoJinn website and service.
4. Actions performed on the data
Consent is given to the collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, disclosure (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data — both with and without automation tools.
5. Term of consent
Consent is valid from the moment a form is submitted on the website until it is withdrawn by the user, or until the purposes of processing are achieved, but for no longer than 3 years.
6. Withdrawing consent
A user may withdraw consent at any time by sending a notice to privacy@octojinn.ai. Withdrawing consent may make it impossible to provide the user with some of the service's features.
7. Confirmation
By submitting a form on the website, a user confirms that they have read the terms of this consent and the Privacy Policy, and gives consent to the processing of personal data voluntarily, of their own will and in their own interest.
