Why OctoJinn is your ideal teammate
Takes on any role and combines them
Right in the dialogue, to any system with a documented API
Describe how it's done at your company once, and it then runs the process on request
List the tasks — they go to different systems and run in parallel
Remembered a detail — just add it. The work doesn't stop
You get not text you still have to assemble, but a file you can send right away
All the calculations, reconciliations, totals — the service does them on its own side

Octojinn — an AI service for company workflow automation
OctoJinn works in the systems you already use: your CRM, calendar, mailbox, task tracker and others. A task is set by text or by voice. Automating routine work means reports and exports, reconciliations and tallies — the things usually done by hand. Connecting over an API, through OAuth or an MCP server, needs no code, no programming and no developer. Automating a business does not require stopping work: rolling out AI runs alongside everyday work, and automating routine tasks needs no separate project.
A digital employee of the company
Services like this are called digital employees. OctoJinn belongs to that class: anyone can turn to it, from an executive to a specialist, because it is AI for the company's employees, not a single department's tool. Another common name for the class is an AI employee.
Who it fits
Companies with repeating work across emails, documents and exports from other systems. Automating a sales department, automating accounting, automating HR and recruiting are the same operations: gather the data, reconcile it, check it, send it. Automating a small business and automating a mid-size one work the same way: company size doesn't matter, and no IT department is needed.
Skills and the knowledge base
An owner is assigned — they describe in words how the process works for you. The description becomes a skill: it is stored in the service and can be shared out — the administrator decides who has access to it. When an employee goes on leave or changes jobs, the knowledge of how the work gets done stays with the company. The service can also be trusted to answer questions against the company's own knowledge base.
